Each product listing includes a size chart based on measurements like chest girth, back length, and neck size, rather than breed alone, since pets of the same breed can vary quite a bit in size. We recommend measuring your pet and comparing those numbers to the chart on the product page before ordering.
What materials are Tailcloset clothes made from?
Materials vary by style — for example, some of our hoodies use a fleece lining for extra warmth, while lighter pieces use breathable cotton or knit blends. You can find the specific material listed in the description of each product page.
How should I wash and care for my pet's clothing?
Most of our items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water; we recommend air drying rather than using a high-heat dryer to help the fabric and any printed designs last longer. Specific care instructions are also listed on the product tag and product page for each item.
Are your pet clothes safe for everyday wear?
Our clothing is designed for everyday comfort, using soft, breathable materials intended for pets. As with any pet apparel, we recommend supervising your pet while they're wearing a new item, especially the first few times, to make sure the fit is comfortable and there's nothing your pet can chew or pull loose.

Do you offer custom sizing or personalized designs?
We do not currently offer custom-made or personalized products. All items are available in our standard size range as shown on each product page.
What if the item I ordered doesn't fit my pet?
If the size doesn't work out, you're welcome to return it under our standard Return & Refund Policy, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and still has its original tags and packaging attached.

Each product page lists the recommended size range and, where applicable, suggested weight range so you can match it to your pet more easily. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, less restrictive fit.
