Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they ship out. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your item(s) and get them ready for carrier pickup — this is separate from transit/shipping time.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped to the continental U.S. (see Shipping Rates below).

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping or any delivery service to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Minor Outlying Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Any other U.S. territories or offshore islands
  • International destinations outside the United States

If your shipping address falls into one of the categories above, please note that we will not be able to fulfill your order to that address at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Here's a quick breakdown of what to expect from order to delivery:

Your total estimated delivery time is the combination of order processing time plus shipping transit time.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high-volume holiday periods, carrier flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens and will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders totaling $0.01–$34.99: flat shipping rate of $6.99
  • Orders totaling $35.00 and above: free shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime at 17TRACK.

Where We Ship From

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. warehouse, so you can expect faster delivery and easier tracking compared to overseas shipping.
